I prepared the replacement low speed gear for Came V600 and V700 automatic garage door (mine from 2002). ts only gear alone, the Came part number is 119RIE158 (with a shaft).
I designed gears in https://www.stlgears.com/generators/3dprint:
Big one with Helical Gear and the internal hole with Internal Spur Gear (for knurled shaft).
Helical gear parameters:
module: 1
teeth: 63
helix angle: 8
pressure angle: 10
length: 8.4
hole radius 5.2
Internal Spur Gear parameters:
module: 0.41
teeth: 23
pressure angle: 35
length: 15
outer diameter: 17.8
Above parts I merged in the Prusa slicer.
I don't know, what material is the best for this gear, maybe ABS with fiber carbon or Teflon, because it carries a lot of load. Original looks like a Teflon.
I disassembled shaft and broken gear, to use shaft with my printed gear. I musted to heat shaft (re-hardening of the shaft may be required), but I think plastic gear can be removed using any method.
At last I bought the original Came replacement part, but my 3D replacement can be useful for someone.
I suppose this gear can also be used on the V600E V800C V900E (63 teeth, part number: 119RIE140).
