Summary

Context:
I've been practicing calisthenics for a while now and I wanted to improve my "L" posture and "bottom" type grips, so instead of buying one I decided to design one that could support my own weight (78 kg approx.) without breaking or suffering damage , and that it is easy to do, I have been using it for 1 month and I have had no problems, I use it in my weekly routine (3-4 days per week).

It is compatible with the Ender 3 V2

Requirements:

"Super Glue CA" or your favourite glue
sheet of a rubber surface (to prevent slipping)
100/220 wood sandpaper (optional)
Cut cardboard (optional)

Instructions: (see images for reference)

1) Print the side supports "SideA" and "SideB" x2 times each [Tip: both supports are the same symmetrically so you could print only one side 4 times]
2) Print the "Bar" file x2 times.
3) Sand if necessary.
4) Cut a piece of rubber according to the base of the supports.
5) Glue the piece of rubber to the base
6) Insert the bar into each bracket and stick it with glue
7) align the supports well.
