I've been needing a home health nurse come by for a certain medical issue. Soon I will not need her anymore and I wanted to show my appreciation on how much she has helped me.
I saw this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:289124 and wanted to make it into a "trophy" so i remixed it in blender and came up with this base for it. I also extend the spike of the pendant so it can fit in the socket snugly with out the need of adhesives.
It comes rather small, but you can make it larger if you wanted to and it might work even better. I wouldn't go any smaller as the pendant would most likely break.
I left a little bit of room in front of where the pendant goes. You could use this space for some text if you would like to remix it further.
