This is designed for most standard phone power cords or anything up to 1/8" diameter (even a little bigger would work but might be a little tight). The cord is a friction fit and can be easily pulled longer, shorter, and removed. I used 3M VHB double stick tape to attach it to my night stand, but I also created one that has a hole that can be used to screw it on.
3/10/20 Update:
My wife said that her cord was falling out too easily so I update it would hold the cord better.
