This remix is 4X cable holders with a single screw hole. I found using more than 1 screw was overkill for most uses.
I work at a haunted house and use these on top of our 2x4 framing to hold down extension cables. To fit anything larger than a usb cable or 12V power cord, you MUST print in TPU or something flexible. Once I realized I could use TPU, I printed full beds of these and use them everywhere now.
Has a single countersunk hole for a tapered screw heads, but will probably work (in TPU) with flat heads as well.
