The file 'Cabinet Leveler Tool – Peter Meier 415 Plastic Leveler 3D Printer Model' is (f3d,stl) file type, size is 200.4KB.
A tool for adjusting the height of Peter Meier 415 Plastic Cabinet Leveler.
There is tool for the Smile System cabinet levelers, but the 415 Leveler has a different shape. This tool is mostly unnecessary for normal lower cabinets. You can turn those with your hand. However the back feet on corner cabinets are out of reach. You can adjust those with a large flat-head screwdriver, but this was an attempt to make something better.
This design could probably use some refinement, but it did work well for me as-is. Included is the Fusion file, if you want to edit it. I was wondering if it would work with the slot tab eliminated, but didn't want to risk it in the middle of installing cabinets. (That would make attaching it for turning MUCH easier.)
Printed with 3x 0.40mm walls, 15% infill, and with an alternating extra wall. It's flexy, but showed no signs it was about to break. (I was prototyping and trying to minimize filament use. Otherwise, I probably would have done 35% or more infill.)
