The BYD Atto3's centre console cup holder is very deep.
This is great if you need to put your Big Boy XXL Double Gulp cup in it, but not so great for ordinary cups.
The car comes with a "riser" that can be put in one side, which allows that side to be used for normal-sized cups, but the other side is still really deep.
This print is to solve that problem, by providing a pair of inserts to raise both sides.
In case it's not obvious, print one of CupHolderRiserA, one of CupHolderRiserB and chuck them in the cupholder.
The two large indents in the top are just so you can hold them easily with your fingers to get them in and out.
In the photos you can see the BYD original in black, and these inserts in red.
I originally planned to print the final inserts in black, but the test print I did in some spare red filament worked first time, and it matches the car's red stitching, so I ended up just going with it. The bright colour also makes it easier to find things if you accidentally dropped something in there.
If you live in a hot climate (as I do) you will probably want to print these in something like ABS that can handle high temperatures without warping as car interiors can get quite warm if you're parked out in the sun. From prior experience I have learned that PLA is not up to the task, but if you're in a cooler part of the world that might not be an issue.
