These are button covers for the Game Brick 100 and Game Brick 40 (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1699919077/stl-file-game-brick-100-mtg-commander). I found painting the model to be difficult, so I decided to model buttons that easily glue on top of the main design. This allows for printing the buttons in a different color than the base.
