I redesigned this card dispenser to hold 90mm x 52mm business card. The card holder file I printed with the big open side to the printer bed. I used supports in the squared hole only. For the spring file I printed with the straigh side on the printer bed using supports in the circle and the side walls. PLA with 0.2mm layers.
