This is a pretty specific thing. If you happen to own an Innovative Technologies OAL gauge from Larry Willis, well, this thing is for you :)
It will center the case head on the plate in the same place every time making OAL and headspace measurements more repeatable and accurate. It is not caliber specific and should work with just about any case. Its pictured with a 300 Winchester Magnum (belted) round so I think it will work on just about any round of any diameter.
You will need one 3mm heat set insert and one 3mm cap screw to lock it in place.
