I tried to make a toy that blows bubbles when you blow, but I got a bad result: at first the bubbles fly out fine, but then they start sticking to each other. I tried many different designs, I tried to make a threaded nozzle, but this design had the best result of all my experiences. This design has the disadvantage that sometimes the soapy liquid can get in your eyes if the bubbles start sticking to each other and explode. I think this design might work if you want to dip the bubble blower into the soapy liquid rather than trying to blow.
