Aluminum rail is an Ikea curtain rail.
Clamps twist into rail and lock to prevent sliding and twisting.
Clamps have not been tested for fatigue and repetative operation.
Increasing the fill could make the lock more difficult to snap into location as the material will have less flex.
The internal diameter of the holder is 20mm scaling the model will effect the mounting dimensions.
