I made this for my own use case. When setting up my Dillon powder measure, I use cases with spent primers installed backwards to dial in the powder weight. This file is a holder for these pieces of brass that I reload for on the Dillon. I've included the blend file so you may remix for your use case. I glue 8x3 magnets on the back so I can mount it to a cabinet near my press.
