This is a thing I created a couple years ago. At the time, 3D printers did not quite have the level of precision necessary to practically reproduce Braille text. But it seems that may have changed in the intervening years.
Here you have two functions you can use to create Braille text and signage.
Tile() will create raised text that can be printed and placed for blind and visually impaired people to read.
Slate() will create the indents needed to write braille on paper using a stylus.
The sample file has my name on line 0 and "this is a test" on line 1 with blank slates filling lines 2 and 3.
