Set of 16 letter dice with braille and print, using the standard Boggle configurations. There is also a tray with 4 x 4 grid to store and display the dice.
To play Boggle with a group of blind and sighted friends: Roll the dice, place them in the grid, then draw a print grid with the letters so that they can be seen when the braille reader is touching the cubes. Then everyone races to write down as many words as they can in an agreed time limit. Words must be 3 letters or longer, each letter must be touching the last, and letters can't be used twice in one word. No proper nouns allowed. When the time is up, you compare words, cross out any that have been found by more than one person, then add up your scores (1 point for 3-4 letter words; 2 points for a 5-letter word; 3 points for a 6-letter word; 5 points for a 7-letter word; 11 points for a word with 8 or more letters).
The dice can also be used as learning blocks for young children.
