I wanted to make a toy Guardian from The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild after playing the game recently. I looked on thingiverse and did not find what I was looking for. So I found the best of various models and combined them through TinkerCAD. I did not actually cut bits and put them together, I made a rough copy out of TinkerCAD-based geometry.
FEATURES
The head is designed to rotate, and the planetary gearbox in the lower/main body means the mid body will rotate in the opposite direction. The head was originally designed to have an LED in it, but I gave up on it. the space is still in the head, and I put a switch holder in as well. there is no eye, as it was supposed to use a blue LED. The switch is supposed to be the same kind used as 3D printer limit switches, but I can't find the proper name right now.
The switch is supposed to be activated by pulling up the head and twisting it over.
I used acrylic paint for detail and 18 gauge steel floral wire to support the legs. I used superglue to attach all pieces.
NOTE
this is a difficult print. parts may fail.
UPDATE: re-uploaded the main body so hopefully it will print better. I have not tested this yet, so be warned.
