The purpose of this lock is twofold. Firstly, it allows the locking of a bottle, which can be achieved using a simple metal strip or a padlock. Secondly, it ensures the bottle cap stays in place.
Why do I need the bottle cap to stay in place? A bottle cap is clearly supposed to do that by itself. I intend to print four of these and make beer roulette. One beer will be carbonated to the extreme and will therefore spray beer aggressively when opened. To ensure that the beer does not spraypaint the surroundings, I will secure the caps of all bottles. This is, of course, for my own safety as I hand over the beers to someone else. I intend to be at least a few meters away from anyone participating in the roulette.
I've included a closeup of the bottle to allow you to make an educated guess about whether this cap design would fit your specific bottle.
I printed at 0.2 mm layer height. No supports are needed; the model is pre-supported. There is a bit of overhang, but I had no problems printing it myself.
