This is a pretty specific one... but i guess there are lots of people arround using the Bosch GTX10 XC as a router table , maye even with a trition router.
The construction is made to for a 40mm inside diameter hose and on the distrubutor exit for a "1A Staubsaugerschlauch"-hose. (amazon)
The 90°angle piece is (Bosch exit (65 or 67mm)) to 40mm.
I included a flat surface for easier setup in your print software.
The goal was to have a single vacuum distributor for the saw and the router as well.It must be easily switchable (from saw to router and back). There are some solutions out there, but none of them fittet my needs as they are all build to big. My goal was to keep this rolling table slim, so it still fits through my door (when switching rooms).
I did manage to plug the 3to1 distributor with saw dust one time. I cut at full depth (80mm?) and very long wood pieces (2m cuts). That seemed to be too much for eather the distributor or the vac. But that does not happen in normal use and even if, its easy to clean out.
Version1 of the Schlauchplatte is for standard use. 3 to 1 adaption.
Version2 is, if you have the same setup like i have: Bosch GTX 10XC and a router table.
Leave me a like if you like it. If you have any ideas to improve, let me know in the comments.
If you are super happy with what i provide for free, it would be super nice if you would leave me a tip. On the road to a working product I go through quite some material. It would just help me out a bit.
