If like me, you're upset by the Durablade system, here's a replacement plate that will allow you to use standard wire on your Bosch grass trimmer
You only have to remove the stock Durablade plate and install your freshly printed plate on the 10x10mm harbour of the machine (snug fit if printed accuratly)
You will need a 20mm washer and a 4mm screw (15/20mm long)
You can use 1 or 2 lenghts of wire in order to get 2 or 4 cutting lines
If using two, don't cross the wires but put them at 90° angle as shown on the picture
You can fit wire up to 5mm in diameter
The shape of the plate is designed to prevent wire breaks
Printing tips: at least 4 walls, 5 bottom and top layers, 50% infill. it's better to use PETG or ABS (PLA won't last as long due to moisture)
