This is a mounting system for all boom-style desk lights or microphones. It accepts shaft sizes from 1/2" to 3/8", which should encompass most standard and proprietary sizes. It allows for mounting to verticle surfaces. In my use case, it allowed me to mount my desk lamp to the slats of my dorm bed.
Needed Materials,
2 m5 bolts of varying sizes (one is used as a set screw the other used for the clamp, choose length based on your needs)
Notes: Felt can also be added onto the bottom side of the bracket and bottom of clamp foot if wanted to prevent marring of the surface, although I doubt it would happen.
