This is a mount designed to hold a Bontrager Ion series light to a bike equipped with a 1" (25.4mm) handlebar. I made this because the stock rubberised mount didn't really fit well on the bars of my girlfriend's bike.
You will need to complete this part with 1x M3x16mm bolt, 1x M3x20mm bolt, and 2 Nylock nuts. I recommend using 316G Stainless steel hardware to reduce the risk of rusting with lower steel grades.
