Summary

Having a support for the SmartPhone is usually useful, the objective was to be able to vary its inclination using simple elements, after giving the idea many thoughts, I opted for an M6x80 screw with a 1 mm pitch in the thread, one of the most common on the market, as part of the mechanism. The route after tests in the drawing program would be enough to vary the inclination between 30° and 85° (plus degree, minus degree)

The concept is simple (I think), a sliding piece that houses a nut changes the inclination, turning the screw transports the piece that raises the inclination of the bed of the device.
The pieces did not require much rectification, printed at 0.20 (layer height), a file review of the screw hole so that it rotates freely, perhaps a little sanding of the piece that houses the nut in its base to give a good clearance to the assembly if you feel it forced when assembling it and not much else. The piece that acts as a wheel to rotate the mechanism is threaded under pressure on the screw, which is why it has a hexagonal through hole, so as not to leave our fingers straining with the screw. Once assembled, the mechanism almost has a resolution of minutes of arc in inclination (exaggerated I know)
The stability to the left and right is solved with an extra piece that I include in the kit, a hexagonal cut piece, but if you have a pencil with a hexagonal body forgotten by the desk, you already have the piece that completes the stability of the set. .
The support is designed to support a phone with its case, which is why the receptacle is so wide and the central space is for the charging cable.

I plan to modify the SmartPhone supports to fix it on the sides when it is vertical on it, a change that I will attach shortly.
And finally, you will notice that the base in its front section has a dove shape of about 4 cm, the idea is that the support can be attached to another element (which I am finishing developing)

Impression:
• Layer height: 0.20 (optimal result)
• Supports: NO
