This is a 1-to-1 model I made of Tapan Rai's incredible "Death Korps of Krieg Officer-Fan Art" (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/5XlwVA) bolt pistol. I absolutely love this thing and new I had to have one. It feels amazing to hold. Unlike a lot of the other bolt pistols on here and in the 40k lore, this one's much thinner and more practically sized. There are no internal workings or anything, it's just a fun prop pistol.
PRINTING:
I printed this with resin on an Elegoo Saturn 2. It just BARELY fit, so if you have a printer with less height build volume than 250mm, you're going to have to scale it down a bit. I wish I had made the handle a bit thicker, because while it feels right in my hand at the 100% scale, it's probably going to be a bit too thin at smaller scales.
It's gonna cost at least $40 to print in resin and be pretty hefty if you have wide walls. I've been experimenting with 1mm thick walls and infill settings to get lighter pistols with a lattice of support inside, and so far nothing has cracked open with the Sunlu ABS like resin I'm using. The end result is a plastic feeling light weight gun. Might be worth a shot for you! (I'm using Lychee 2D hollowing for the infill lattice structure)
FDM is honestly a better option for price and durability.
