Summary

After buying a few Boba helmet files and them not being up to par I took it upon myself to create a good rendition with the intent of it being able to get 501st approval. I love Raff Fett's helmet but his files are too low poly and sanding takes forever as Ive built one of his helmets.
This Helmet Follows a similar build style.
To complete it you will need:

  • A few 4mmx1mm round neyodimium magnets to make the range finder and ear cap stay in place.
  • 2 5mm red LEDs for the RF (use RF hollow if you wish to add electronics)
  • Raff Fetts MQ-1 circuit board (This is optional for a prop but is required for 501st)

This is under no means alowed to be replicated and moulded for profit, this is a free product made with the intent for everyone to have access to a high quality free boba fett helmet.

Edit 27/1/20:
Right ear has been modified so that the RF stalk will rotate 90 degrees, sorry to those who had printed it and it didnt work.

Edit 8/6/20:
Due to popular demand I have gone back and made the shell much thicker.
I have also made some slight alterations to the file for accuracy, some people mentioned the cheeks were too far out so I bought them in more. there are also a few other minor changes such as small tweaks in the ear and I have widened the whole helmet by 5%.
