Really, you should be able to scale any in the X/Y or Z direction to get whatever you want, but there a few sizes/thicknesses here for convenience.
Print with filament or resin (but you'd probably want to paint anything in resin). Minimal infill if your a super-scrouge, but 100% infill for anyone who wants a little more weight in their components and can afford an extra 0.5g of material...
I print them without a brim or support (shocking!).
