This is a project for a BMW X1 E84 with fog lights in the front bumper.
The front fog lights have to work in order to pass the general inspection, but my FRM module had problems and couldn't solve it as quickly as the follow-up appointment was scheduled.
Unfortunately, there is no cover for this model in the bumper to buy instead of the front fog lights.
So I removed my two front fog lights, roughly measured them and designed and printed a cover instead. I also had to replace the light switch next to the steering wheel, which doesn't have a button for the front fog lights.
So I passed the general inspection.
I only concentrated on the essentials for the cover and didn't recreate the entire body.
For the pictures, I took photos of my printed covers, but had to reinforce them with superglue and adhesive tape because one layer wasn't right when printing (the print head got caught somewhere), but I was able to finish it.
