The file 'Blundergat Acidgat Airsoft Shotgun 3D Printer Model' is (f3z,stl) file type, size is 47.7MB.
5-22-2020: The fusion 360 files are now included. feel free to finish this design yourself!
Small Edit: I fixed a small issue with the end of the barrel, the spikes would break off if you printed with 20 percent infill or so. Now they are supported with blocks to be more durable.
If you just want a prop for show, this is what you should print: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3172358
This is the latest version of my blundergat design, and probably the last version I will release for a bit. I have loads of other things going on in my life, and I don't want to keep everyone waiting for the final release. Some parts of this design are not finished, and will require tweaking. I really want to get onto other things and this keeps dragging on, I find myself scowling when I think about getting it finished because I have already poured a massive amount of time to get it to the place it is right now. I just need a bit to give myself a break from thinking about it, and focus on other projects.
EDIT: I left one file out accidentally, it is now included. It was one half of the handle.
NOTE: this entire model is 5% larger than the other model that is exclusively a prop. This is so I could fit the airsoft shells in the barrel. Size the pieces down 5% to use them in conjunction with the other model. Also, the dummy shell will probably be very tight fitting, as it was used to cut the holes in the barrel. Actual airsoft grenades should fit just fine.
If this design is ever flushed out and completed, it would be able to fire 2, 40 mm airsoft grenades simultaneously.
If you want to take this project on, and think you can fix some of these issues, go for it! This is what I used for pins in the "gearbox" and for the break barrel: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CZD712N/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Known Issues:
-To start, the break barrel needs a piece that clips it to the handle, and will hold it in place while firing, and will be able to easily come loose to break the barrel.
-The break leavers (the part of the shotgun that allows the barrel to fold down) need to be trimmed down slightly, so they will slide into the handle side of the leaver.
-I believe the barrel needs some sort of support when it breaches, its too much weight on the leaver if you snap it down.
-The top bar between the iron sights is slightly disconnected from the barrels in one section
-The chain for the side of the gun is more of a guide, it needs to probably be cut into pieces and glued together
-The stock connecting pieces need some slight trimming I believe
