Started from cjmonkey610's ruler but as I like the idea of putting the ruler beside the toys and then moving them, I then messed around with it. A lot!
Prints fine in resin though I haven't tried the 11-inch version yet (I don't have any planes faster than a 9 and I have to print it almost vertical to fit in in so take too long). Don't try to print it hollow though as it is a mess of separate parts
The curves fit the warlord 39mm bases snugly.
