I made some connectors for 3/8" dowel rods. I needed these for a recent project of recreating the frame for a vintage masters of the universe tent, however I designed some more and printed more out to make some pretty cool blanket forts with my kids. hopefully you can have some fun. Dowel rods are cheap and these can make for a fun afternoon....
These print fairly easily, I suggest PETG for strength and 15% infill with no supports.
I have opened up the tolerances a couple times, but be aware you may have to sand your dowel rods after cutting.
