A blade cover for a cleaver. I've had this Chicago Cutlery cleaver since the early 80s and just sharpened it, and didn't want to toss it back in the drawer unprotected. Inside the cover the opening tapers to the shape of your blade and curves at the bottom of the slot, the same way your blade does.
You need to characterize the curve of your blade. Look at one of the images that shows the key knife dimension variables. The defaults work for my cleaver.
Use the Customizer to enter your parameters. Maybe generate the model for the knife blade first to verify that it's right. Or download the OpenSCAD source and use the OpenSCAD customizer. The Thingiverse customizer takes FOREVER to generate the model.
I printed mine with fuzzy skin; it adds some character to an otherwise dull cover.
