Summary
For the crazy people who, like me, own everything about Black Rose Wars including the all the content from Rebirth and Nova Aetas, probably also have the problem that there are simply far too many boxes.
I've been working on a solution to get all the content in 3 boxes while making setup easier.
For all the Big Minis you can use a fourth Box - The Inferno or Crono Box. There is no Insert needed.
For the sake of clarity, I uploaded the insert in 3 parts.

This is Box III. This is Designed to fit into the Black Rose Wars Box. The box contains the room tiles, their tokens, the small cards and the remaining Evocation & Avatar minis
There are 2 boxes for the room tiles. These are also divided and each contain the basic game, the expansions and an extra compartment for Inferno.
The room tokens are also divided into old and new editions as well as an extra for Inferno.
Then there are 4 miniature boxes. These have their intended content written on the floor. You can print this in a different color, or not.
One box is for the Inferno Minis (except Lucifero).
A box for the Rebith avatars
A box for normal BRW Evocations and a box for Rebirth Evocations.
The card holders go above that.
The 3 quest stacks and the 3 event stacks from BRW go into a holder. The others contain the material from Inferno and the splinters.
The lying card holders can be placed on the table. Here are the Rebirth Quests, Events, Jinx, Chain Quests, Evocation Cards (splitted into type) Upgrade and Equipment Cards.
The cover with the descriptions does not need to be printed. These are optional. I have included them in German and English.
Then there is a Token Tray for the Gaia Tokens and a bigger Tray for the Avatarboards and all of the small Rulebooks.
Every other Rulebook you need comes on Top. I put all other Rulebooks into the Box with the Big Miniatures.
