The bearing on the beater bar for my Power Groom 1645 vacuum seized and melted.
A replacement beater bar was only $23, but the shipping was making this a $45 repair, and I wasn't happy about that.
I pulled out the bearings, purchased 2 new bearings ( 695 miniature bearing, 5 mm bore 13mm OD and 4 mm wide) and replaced them.
I then modelled the bearing holder on tinkercad and printed it out of PETG plastic. Printed with 3 walls and 40% infill.
