This thing is a new bird feeder to screw it on to water bottle. You easily can cut the inner cover from bottlelock and glue it (I have taken hotgluestick pistol) into the feeder. Wait some minutes and you can screw it on to the bottle. With the bottle holder you can hang up the bottle on a tree. To fit the bottle holder to the bottom of the bottle you can drill a hole into the bottom (7,5mm) and heat it up with a hot air gun. When the bottom of the bottle is smoothie you can press it into and then pull it back immidiatly. If you do right it will hold the filled bottle on the tree with a cord or a wire.
