I printed everything how it is for the most part (vertical). This avoids any bed deformities from affecting geometry of bearing blocks/keeps everything square. Takes longer to print but it's worth it.
You will want 2x bearingBlock-nuts for the top bearings and 1x bearingBlock-bolts for the bottom bearing, found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6765532
BOM:
12x 4mm bolts (14mm length) - bearing blocks
2x 4mm bolts (25mm length) - belt holder
14x 4mm nuts
2x 3mm bolts (14mm length) - rear H2 bolts
2x 3mm bolts (12mm length? if you can find them, otherwise just shave a couple 14mm bolts) - top H2 bolts
2x short 3mm bolts that are included with H2 - BLTouch
I designed it for 46mm x rod spacing but it has some wiggle room. It is intended to be used with these:
