I wouldn't be able to tell one Bionicle from another with a gun to my head, but Thingiverse recommended KhingK's masks to me due to other models I've downloaded, and I thought they had the makings of a Chaos Space Marine helmet so I stuck it onto a cut-down version of LoggyK's MKIII helm... The neck is something I made myself and will get round to uploading sometime later.
4 varieties based on 2 different masks in various combinations,not all heads will fit all models due to their necks/chins etc.
I printed mine on my Photon, you might be able to get away with a 0.2mm nozzle on FDM machines?
EDIT: I've realised they are a bit big. Try printing at 90% or even 85% size.
