Roy's sword from Fire Emblem 6. Based on the title screen artwork, I filled in some of the details with the box art and Smash Ultimate. This is only a prop, not a functional weapon.

This design is properly balanced by filling the pommel cavity with tungsten powder during the print. Print the pommel and handle vertically without supports to keep the cavity clear. The 4 platforms and collar are there to help with the overhangs, and they are removable.
Handle has two versions, one with scales and one without to allow casting and gluing in later.
Hilt Jewels can be cast in epoxy or printed. I've included 8 hilt gemstones, each of a different cut.
Assemble with 6 pieces of flat bar and a 10 inch piece of 1/2" threaded rod.
