The file 'Bike Upsidedown Handle Bar Stands Flat Print 3D Printer Model' is (3mf,stl,f3d) file type, size is 2.4MB.
I was looking for something to protect displays and whatever else is mounted on a bike handlebar and when the bike is turned upside down (e.g. repairs etc.). It should take up as little as possible storage space.
Unfortunately, the stand https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3156217 broke the first time it was used.
My remix was inspired by the bottle stand https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5019123, which can be printed flat.
Many thanks for yours preparatory work!
The stand fits the thick mountain bike handlebars with 31.8 mm, and with an adapter also for those with approx. 22 mm.
It has a spring effect due to the gap. With the hooks, it can be secured with a rubber band to prevent it from falling when turned over.
I printed it in PETG with 0.2 layer thickness and approx. 10% infill.
The thin shells of the .stl are not needed and can be deleted before printing, so you don't need them.
Two walls are actually enough for the adapter. One side can remain open where the grid is then visible. my first print with 4 floors and ceilings and 3 walls was clearly too thick 😊.
Please get any missing parts from the originals.
It's one of my first jobs with Fusion, which is why it took me so long to make these parts.
