08/11/2019 Added brackets for 30,8 mm handlebar.
I have a Garmin Etrex 35 GPS that I use on my mountain bike. However, the docking is done above the handlebar and the GPS gets very high relative to the handlebar.
After several searches on the net and having made several prototypes, I drew my GPS handlebar based on this model for sale on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/WinnerEco-Handlebar-Speedometer-Headlight-Flashlight/dp/B01N763DKQ/ref=pd_cp_468_3?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=fcaa6d12-8b2b-4ad7-b277-864b2da79f6e&pf_rd_r=87CYRPS9P6XS8NFGF6MP&pd_rd_wg=HIiDn&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&pd_rd_w=KYAUj&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pd_rd_r=4e8b62af-aab5-11e8-b369-ffe841fc31b4&pd_rd_i=B01N763DKQ&psc=1&refRID=87CYRPS9P6XS8NFGF6MP
The holder is made for a handlebar diameter of 33 mm. The bar has a diameter of 21 mm and a length of 110 mm. There are two versions of the bar, one with docking for the Garmin Etrex 35 GPS and another without the docking, which can be used to put other type of GPS or lights.
