Both of them can hold big or small bottles, but may not grip tight enough for the bumps. It's better to add a double tape lining inside for increased resistance.
The bike's triangle tube's width should be 22 to 26mm. It can't be mounted on bikes with a thicker tube.
It's unlikely that the bottles would get in the way of paddles, but it's possible for smaller bikes. There is a 15mm adjustable distance between the bottom screw hole and the bottom of the cups.
