Bike CO2 mount to be used on a 36,76mm diameter tube, but has been tested on a 31mm seatpost (look the images) with no problem.

UPDATE (22/01/2022): Added 25g CO2 holder for 31,6mm, 30,9mm and 27,2mm seat post. The measured 25g CO2 cartridges have a diameter of 25,5mm. Updated STL files of 16g CO2 cartridges for 31,6mm and 27,2mm seat posts to V2.

UPDATE (28/05/2020): Updated STL files, added .f3d file and also 27,2mm diameter CO2 holder.

NOTE 1: It has been designed for TOPEAK 16g cartridges with a diameter of 22,2mm, if yours has another diameter post a comment. If the diameter is another one it won't fit correctly.

NOTE 2: It can handle up to a 24mm wide strap. I tested with a 20mm wide and 25cm long strap (look at the photos).

If you need another bike tube diameter just post a comment, i have no problem to upload as many as you want.

The design has been tested and is very though, won't break easilly.

Print Settings

• Rafts are not totally necessary, but I had problems with the supports.
• Try to use low resolution in order to have an accurate thread for the cartridges, i have tested with 0.16mm and it's fine.
• 5 wall lines are recommended for better stiffness.
