It's a mirrored version of Rdahm's hobbguard for the E3D Bigbox to allow for better flexible filament printing with the standard extruder. It has both the original and the mirrored in one STL so you can print a complete set for a Dual in one go with one fitting the left extruder and one fitting the right extruder.
