be careful, t is dangerous to work with high voltage and high power motors, if you don't now what your doing don't try it!!
Use a double nut behind the impeller, i didn't do it the firsts test and wrecked the pump.
The pump has a bearing kfl000 10mm, the drive shaft is a 10mm threaded rod.I put a steel tube around the rod because it started vibrating the first time i tested it.
It has a 750 watt 3000 rpm motor.
i bought the bearing on aliexpress for 1,13 euro, if you look for kfl000 10mm you find it.
i used the smallest impeller on this motor i printed, it is 10 mm high, the advantage is that it doesn't get clogged a lot, because it works as a vortex impeller, and there is a lot of space for participles, so around 80% of the water doesn't touch the impeller
if you use a motor with a lower rpm there are bigger impellers in my drawings.
you can use other motors then the one i used, but you have to choose the right size
impeller
If you use a motor that is to small, the motor gets hot.
i made this pump for testing, i don't now what will happen if you use it for a long while i only had it run for 2 hours.
