Thanks to MustangDave and the original creator of this 3d photo scan, Fredrik Simons. Cut into parts using NetFabb, leveled using 3D Builder, sliced in MakerWare and printed in PLA (5% fill, 3 shells, no support) on a Replicator 2. When assembled, the three-part model stands about 14 inches high. Painted with acrylics.
2017-1-1 Update: A pre-hollowed version with 1mm walls prints well (and, being hollow, relatively quickly!) on M3D, Tiko, MP Select Mini, and other small printers. No support is needed.
