These cogs are meant for decorative custom cog work. They are quite big, so the installation might get really impressive.
The cogs are divided into three, five or seven segments, witch are printed separately and glued together later.
I used ABS, since it could be glued reliable. See my German Video about ABS
The cogs are prepared for 608 ball bearings. (The smaller ones are using 685 bearings). for mounting M5 screws are suitable. I included a set of spacers to relieve the bearings from axial pressure.
Do elevate the cogs there are two bearing blocks. This enables running the cogs on two levels.
Please make sure your installation is safe. Keep in mind curios children's fingers grabbing any thing interesting. Make sure they wouldn't be squished in any way.
