This is a remix of the super Bullzeye Clock by Zarlor. I have re-designed it to be 1.5 times larger and added a ratchet on the string pulley for easy winding. My clock runs for about 8 hours and uses a 1.7Kg weight. I used lead shot. All the steel rods are 2mm the four main ones for the gears are 43mm long. The rod in the string gear is glued into the gear. The other three gear assemblies spin freely on their rods. The rods for the pendulum and the hands are sized to suit. I used 15mm x 3mm cap screws to hold the frame halves together which allows for easy disassembly. I used powered graphite as a lubricant to get things running freely. The weight cord is nylon 75lb fishing line but any strong cord would do. It's wrapped around the pulley about 3 1/2 times, just enough to stop it slipping. The one way ratchet allows for easy winding. Thanks to Goofy for the idea for that. There's a video of the clock running here :-
