This fully adjustable compact bicycle trueing stand will fit wheel axles from 100 mm to 157 mm and wheel sizes up to 29" (700C) with tires. The stand has an adjustable truing caliper with a friction fit swivel base It is assembled using 7 pre-cut 2020 B-Type profile aluminum extrusions. The 3d printed fittings are fastened using M5 10 mm socket cap bolts, chosen for strength and ease of adjustment for calibration of the frame.
Printed at 0.2 mm layer height and 30% infill using PLA. Cooling after the 2nd layer is a good idea. The only part printed with support was the "Caliper Swivel Base" part. You might be able to print it without support at your own discretion.
The 3d printable parts were designed with Alibre Atom V23, a parametric CAD program. PrusaSlicer 2.3.3 was used for orienting parts in their proper printing alignment prior to publishing. For those who want to know: the parts were printed with an "ORD bot" printer frame with a Dyze extruder and hot end running on a Ramps 1.4 control board.
