I've made this thing to replace existing part of bicycle mirror, couse it do not fit in my handlebar. The one I have on my bike is 14mm inner diameter, but mirror mount has diameter 16mm. So I design this part with 14mm outer diameter and it fit well.
Design have some other parts just for fun.
