I had a problem installing genuine seals in an old Rock Shox Duke fork. I tried one tool from here - it broke apart.. I tried even a liquid nitrogen to shrink seals and in same time to heat up the fork to expand and drive seals in - no way.
So here is new heavy duty seal driver (30mm). It is designed to be knocked and spread evenly the force to the seal, not to the centre. Long rod in the middle to center the driver in bushings.
This particular one I hammered 30-50 times violently with my (not rubber) hammer and it survived. Should be more than enough for normal seals.
Printed upside down on Prusa Mini with an infill about 50%. No supports needed. One could also add more several solid (bottom) layers on a knocking point.
