Family of sleeves and mounts (car cupholder, bicycle, etc.) for convenient access to your phone on the go

I wanted a case + mount for my iPhone 6 Plus on my bicycle. A lot of the models on Thingiverse are for different cases or caseless iPhone dimensions. I made this model to work with the case I use: "Incipio NGP Case for iPhone 6+".

UPDATE 01-Apr-2016: Added a cupholder-based mount system that is designed and tested to work in a 1996 Dodge RAM 1500.
UPDATE 08-Apr-2016: Added a cupholder-based mount system, cupholder2_* that is designed and tested to work in a 2005 Mustang. Has a different orientation and configuration of the arm.
