Find the dial this printer came with a pain in the butt to use? Here's a replacement dial that's much easier to use. The hole at the bottom is made to be snug, don't want that slipping off. To install, remove old dial. It takes a little bit of force, but you can wiggle it on and it'll be nice and tight.
Ok, it seems some people are having difficulty removing the original dial. People have successfully been using dental floss. Work the floss so that it gets behind the dial and pull to remove. No screws need to be removed.
